舒肝宁联合甲硫氨酸维B_1治疗慢性肝炎肝内胆汁淤积50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察舒肝宁联合甲硫氨酸维B1治疗慢性肝炎肝内胆汁淤积的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性肝炎伴有肝内胆汁淤积患者随机分为2组,治疗组50例在一般治疗基础上加用舒肝宁注射液和甲硫氨酸维B1,每日1次静脉滴注;对照组50例加用门冬氨酸钾镁注射液,每日1次静脉滴注。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察2组治疗前后丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBiL)、直接胆红素(DBiL)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)及临床疗效。结果治疗后治疗组ALT、TBiL、DBiL及ALP改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率92%,对照组总有效率70%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论舒肝宁联合甲硫氨酸维B1治疗慢性肝炎肝内胆汁淤积疗效确切。Objective To study Shuganning injection combined with methionine and vitamin B1 on the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis in chronic hepatitis. Methods 100 chronic hepatitis patients with cholestasis were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in two groups were treated with routine therapy. Shuganning injection combined with methionine and vitamin B1 were added to treatment group. The course was 4 weeks in two groups. The clinical efficacy, ALT, TBiL, DBIL and ALP before and after treatment were observed. Results Compared with the change of ALT、TBiL、DBiL、ALP, the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group respectively（P〈0.05）, with a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shuganning injection combined with methionine and vitamin B1 is effective on the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis in chronic hepatitis.
