章丘市1956—2007年传染病防治效果评价研究

摘　　要：目的评价章丘市1956—2007年传染病防治工作所取得的效果。方法通过查找有关档案资料,组织专业人员深入到各级医疗单位调查防治经费,通过市、乡、村级医疗单位医疗档案评估,计算传染病住院医疗、残疾和死亡的经济损失。结果章丘市1956—2007年52年间共减少发病137645人,减少死亡1666人,减少残疾1454人。投入与产出比值为1:15.67,平均每年产出的绝对效益为1211.64万元。结论章丘市1956—2007年通过采取各种综合性防治措施,所取得的社会效益和经济效益显著。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect for prevention and control of infectious diseases in Zbangqiu City from 1956 to 2007. METHODS Look through the relevant archives, organized the professional personnel investigate the finance in all levels of medical treatment units. According to the portfolio assessment through the city, township and village-level medical treatment units, calculate the economic loss in infectious diseases in-patient medical care, disability, death. RESULTS In total 52 years,we reduced the incidence of 137 645 cases, reducing 1 666 deaths, 1 454 disabilities in Zhangqiu City in 1956--2007. Input and output ratio of 1：15.67, the absolute average annual output was 12 116 400 yuan. CONCLUSION Through a variety of comprehensive prevention and control measures, Zhangqiu City achieved notable social and economic benefits among 1956 to 2007.
