地方优良鸡种禽白血病病毒感染调查及净化

摘　　要：通过使用针对禽白血病病毒（ALV）AB亚群抗体、J亚群抗体和群特异性抗原p27蛋白的商品化ELISA检测试剂盒，对广西省10个种禽大型龙头企业的5个广西代表性地方品系和3个蛋鸡品系的祖代、父母代种群共7254Z进行流行病学调查。结果显示，种鸡ALV的感染普遍存在，各个品系感染的亚群及其阳性率各不相同；不同日龄鸡只p27抗原检测的跟踪调查发现，鸡只在开产初期和产蛋高峰期的p27抗原检测阳性率均比较高；公、母鸡p27抗原检测的平行比较结果显示，二者的排毒期存在差异，前者的峰值在22周龄和34周龄，后者则在22-30周龄。对种苗产量最大的广西麻（花）鸡和肉鸡产量最大的三黄鸡进行的初步净化研究结果表明，经过应用3种试剂盒并针对流行病学调查发现的规律所进行的净化，3个检测项目的阳性率均有所下降。试验结果为下一阶段各种禽场开展净化工作提供了科学依据。Totally 7 254 breeders of 5 local broiler lines and 3 layer lines from 10 big leading poultry enterprises in Guangxi province were tested,by three commercial kits for the detections of antibodies against subtypes A-B and J,and the group specific antigen p27,for the investigation of avian leucosis virus （ALV）infection in commercial chickens. The results showed that the infection of ALV was popular in the breeders and the positive rates and subtypes of infection were different from flock to flock. The tracing detection of different ages showed that the positive rates were higher at the beginning and peak of laying in breeders. The comparison detections between male and female breeders showed that the virus shedding peaks were also different：the former were at 22 and 34 weeks age,the latter was ranged from 22 to 30 weeks age. An preliminary, eradication practice was carried out in spotted （colored）-feather chicken and three-yellow chicken by using three commercial ALV detection kits and the patterns found in the previous epidemiologic investigation, the positive of all the three detection items had been decreased. The results could be helpful for eradication program latter.
