射干麻黄地龙散对鸡脏器和血液生理指标的影响

摘　　要：为测定射干麻黄地龙散对鸡生长的影响,选用120只21日龄三黄肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组30只,给药组连续混饲给药28 d,对照组不给药,分别于第14天和第28天每组随机抽取5只和10只鸡测定其体重和脏器指数,用全自动血细胞分析仪测定白细胞、红细胞和血小板等13项血常规指标。结果表明,给药第14天,低剂量组体重明显高于高剂量组(P<0.05),淋巴细胞百分率显著高于高剂量组和对照组(P<0.05),而中间细胞显著低于对照组(P<0.05),低剂量组和中剂量组中间细胞百分率显著低于高剂量组和对照组(P<0.05)。给药第28天,高剂量组粒细胞和粒细胞百分率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而红细胞显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。至少6倍剂量的射干麻黄地龙散连续给药28d对鸡的生长发育和血常规指标无明显不良影响。One hundred and twenty commercial three-yellow broilers at 21-day-age were randomly assigned to three treatment groups （n=30） and a control group （n=30） to determine effect of Shegan Mahuang Dilong powder on growth of broilers. The three treatment groups were respectively administered 1.5 g,3.0 g and 6.0 g Shegan Mahuang Dilong powder orally per kg body weight for 28 consecutive days. The broilers of control group weren＇t given any drug. Five broilers on 14th day and ten broilers on 28th day were slaughtered in each group respectively and organ index was measured. White blood cell,red blood cell and platelet etc. were counted by blood cell autoanalyzer. The results showed that body weight of broilers in the low--dose group was significantly higher than those of high-dose group （P〈0.05） and lymphocyte percentage was significantly higher than high-dose group （P〈0.05） and control group,while middle cell count was significantly lower than the control group,middle cell percentage of the low-dose group and middle-dose group was also significantly lower than those of the high-dose group and control group on 14th day. Granular cell and granular cell percentage of the high-dose group was significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）while red blood cell was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Six times of Shegan Mahuang Dilong powder had no obvious harmful effect on organ growth and blood physiological index of three-yellow broilers.
