摘  要:采用2×3因子安排的完全随机设计,将320只1日龄AA肉公鸡随机分为5个处理组,分别饲喂不添加锰的基础日粮(对照组)或以无机硫酸锰或中等络合强度复合氨基酸锰形式每千克试验饲粮添加100或200 mg锰,试验期为21 d。结果表明,0~21日龄肉仔鸡日增重、日采食量和耗料增重比均未受到添加锰源、锰水平及二者互作的显著影响(P>0.41);跖骨灰、胰脏和心肌锰含量随添加锰水平的升高而明显升高(P<0.01);锰源与锰水平互作对肾脏和脾脏锰含量有显著影响(P<0.05),添加锰水平为200 mg/kg时添加有机锰组脾脏和肾脏锰含量明显高于添加硫酸锰组(P<0.06),提示肾脏和脾脏锰含量能敏感地监测出2种锰源间锰生物学利用性的差异,以肾脏和脾脏锰含量为评价指标,有机锰相对于硫酸锰(如设为100%)的生物学利用率分别为144%和129%。A total of 320 one-day-age male broilers were randomly allotted to five groups in a completely randomized design involving a 2x3 factorial arrangement of treatments,and fed corn-soybean meal basal diet(control)or the basal diet supplemented with 100 or 200 mg inorganic Manganese (Mn) sulfate or organic compound of Mn and amino acids with moderate chelation strength for 21 days. The results showed that Mn source,Mn level and their interaction had no significant effects (P〉0.41)on daily gain,daily feed intake and feed conversion efficiency. Although the Mn contents of metatarsal ash,pancreas and heart increased as dietary Mn level increased (P〈0.01). The Mn contents of kidney and spleen were affected by the interaction between Mn source and level (P〈0.01),the Mn contents of kidney and spleen were higher (P〈0.06) in chicks fed diet supplemented with organic Mn source than those fed diet supplemented with inorganic Mn source at 200 mg/kg. These results implied that the Mn contents of kidney and spleen were more sensitive than those of other tissues for detection the difference between inorganic and organic Mn sources. Based on the Mn contents of kidney and spleen,the relative bioavailability estimates of organic Mn source were 144% and 129% if 100% was set for Mn sulfate,respectively.
