摘　　要：阐述了污染物总量监测是以各污染物排放口监测为基础的区域排污量的整体系统测量工程这一概念。提出对工艺成熟运行稳定的污水处理厂污染物排放总量监测可用每日人工采样监测与可靠的流量测量来实现，并以扬子石化污水处理厂污水监测为例加以论证。Thepaperpresentstheconceptthattotaldischargemonitoringisbasedonareasystematicmonitoringofpollutingsource.Italsosuggeststhatthetotalamountmonitoringofwastewaterplantwithmatureandstableprocesscanberealizedwithdailymanualsamplingandreliablemonitoringofflowrate.ThepointwassupportedbythemonitoringofwastewaterplantofYangtzePetrochemicals.
