摘　　要：根据我国现行的环境统计制度不适应社会主义市场经济发展存在的问题，提出了改革环境统计体制，加强环境统计基础建设，对环境统计实施有效监督，环境统计要为经济建设和环境建设服务，建立符合中国国情的现代化环境统计制度。WiththeproblemsofpresentenvironmentalstatisticalsystembeingunsuitabletothesocialistmarketinChina,thearticlesuggeststoreformtheenvironmentalstatisticalsystem,tostrengthenthebasicconstructionofenvironmentalstatistics,toinspectenvironmentalstatisticseffectively.ThearticlepointsoutthatenvironmentalstatisticsshouldservetheeconomicalandenvironmentalconstructionanderectasystemofmodemenvironmentalstatisticssuitabletoChinascircumstances.
