摘　　要：中国改革开放带来了巨大的社会结构变化,以"单位"体制为基础的社会组织形式及高度集权为主要特征的单位体育管理机制,难以适应新形势下的体育发展。对新形势下我国体育社团发展面临的机遇及问题进行了研究。分析认为,政府职能转变为体育社团发展提供了广阔的空间;市场化改革为体育社团发展创造了资源基础;民众广泛的体育参与意识为体育社团发展注入了活力。China＇s reform and opening up policy has brought great changes in social structure.＂Unit＂system on the basis of social organization and highly centralized as the main feature of the unit sports management mechanism is hardly to adapt to the new situation of sports development.Under the new situation,sports community development opportunities and purport is the focus and interest of the study.The study shows,the transformation of government functions for sports community development provides a broad space;the development of sports organizations marketing reform created resource base;and public participation in sports consciousness injects vigor to the extensive development of sports organizations.
