广州大学城体育场馆有偿开放的现状与对策

摘　　要：对广州大学城体育场馆实行有偿开放的现状及可行性进行分析,提出应建立互通机制,相互协调,联合成立大学城体育场馆对外经营开发部,建立网站,营造服务和创新经营管理理念,充分提高体育场馆的利用率,满足社会大众健身的需要,不断提高体育场馆的经济效益和社会效益。The authors analyzed the current state and feasibility of the paid opening of sports venues in Guangzhou University City, and proposed that the following measures should be taken： establish an interactive mechanism for mutual coordination; jointly establish a business development department for the opening of sports venues in the University City to the outside world; set up a website to promote services and innovate business management conceptions; fully enhance the utilization rate of the sports venues in order to meet the needs of the masses in the society for working out; constantly enhance the economic and social effects of the sports venues.
