金边祛风饮佐治类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自制中成药金边祛风饮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎（RA）的临床疗效。方法将94例RA患者随机分为治疗组54例,对照组40例,两组均口服甲氨蝶呤（MTX）,一次10~15 mg,每周一次;治疗组加服金边祛风饮,一次20ml,1日3次。总疗程3个月。观察晨僵、关节疼痛（压痛）数、关节肿胀数,进行血沉（ESR）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）,DAS28评分。结果两组治疗3个月后,各项指标组内比较均有明显改善（P〈0.05）,而治疗组更为明显;与同期对照组相比,差异显著（P〈0.05）;治疗组达ACR70者明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论金边祛风饮联合甲氨蝶呤口服治疗类风湿关节炎疗效肯定,明显优于单用甲氨蝶呤者,且无明显副作用,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jjinbian Qufeng composition and methotrexate on rheumatoid arthritis（RA）.Methods 94 cases with RA were randomly divided into treatment group（n=54） and control group（n=40）.All cases took methotrexate（MTX） orally 1015 mg a week;and the treatment group took Jinbian Qufeng composition 20 ml more,3 times a day.Results All the patients were improved after 3 months therapy（P〈0.05）,while the treatment group more obviously,there were significant differences compared with the control group（P〈0.05）;There are more patients reaching ACR70 in the treatment group than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion It is more effective to apply Jjinbian Qufeng composition and methotrexate than methotrexate alone to treat rheumatoid arthritis,which has few side effects,but much better prospect.
