摘  要:非机类专业机电工程认识实习在人才培养体系中占有重要地位。传统的金工实习是单一制造单元的分离实习,学生难以形成一个较完整的工程环境认识,应注重机械制造工艺流程的整体实习,设置全新模块化的可选教学单元,让学生了解基本的工业设备,普及对工业系统的感性认识,培养基本实践技能。通过强化教学资源的针对性,机电产品基础装配能力的培养和实习指导人员配置,建立多元化的实训评价体系等措施,可以更好地达到新时期应用型本科人才实践教学体系的要求。Mechanoelectronic engineering cognition practice for non - machinery major plays a vital role in talent training system. The traditional metalworking practice in which the manufacturing units are isolated fails to provide students with a somewhat complete knowledge of engineering environment. As a result, it is vital to devise complete practice of mechanical manufacturing process and entirely new modulized teaching with a range of options so as to familiarize students with the basic industrial equipments, popularize perceptual knowledge of industrial systems and foster the fundamental practice abilities. To satisfy the demands of practice teaching system of training application - oriented talents, a diverse system of evaluating practice should be introduced by way of strengthening teaching resources, developing the fundamental assembling ability of electromechanical products and allocating more practice tutors.
