摘　　要：随着南水北调中线一期工程的开工建设,南水北调中线一期天津市内配套工程也进入到筹备建设阶段,工程开工在即,如何进行南水北调中线一期天津市内配套工程的建设和运行管理,实现用科学的管理模式、先进的管理手段管理,发挥工程预期效益,是我们现在必须思考的重大问题。文中对配套工程管理和机构设置提出了设想。With the beginning of construction of the middle route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project（SNWDP）,the preparation work for the according auxiliary projects in Tianjin is ready to start.At this very moment,how to manage the construction and operation of these auxiliary projects in a scientific and advanced method to ensure fully exert expected benefits is the essential topic we need to focus on.
