华蟾素联合化疗对非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察华蟾素注射液联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）的疗效。方法NSCLC患者60例，完全随机分为治疗组和对照组，各30例。治疗组采用华蟾素注射液20ml加入5％葡萄糖500ml静脉滴注，1次／d，连续3周为1个疗程，用药期间停用其他中药及免疫制剂，同时给予NP方案（长春瑞滨40mg／m2，第1，8天；顺铂40m∥d，第1—3天）或EP方案（足叶乙苷100mg／d，第1～5天；顺铂40mg／d，第1—3天）治疗，每3周为1个疗程；对照组只采用NP方案或EP方案治疗，每3周为1个疗程。第2个疗程结束后判定疗效。结果治疗组患者近期疗程有效率为37％控制疼痛有效率为90％Karnofsky评分有效率为73％均优于对照组（分别为23％，70％，53％）。结论华蟾素注射液联合化疗可提高化疗疗效、改善非小细胞肺癌患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of improving the life quality of the patients with Non-small cell lung cancer using the treatment of Huachansu and chemotherapy. Methods The 60 NSCLC patients were randomly divided into Huachansu group and contrast group. The Huachansu group applied NP program or EP program at the same time. Contrast group applied NP program. The program were carried out for three weeks. We analyzed the effect after two courses. Results The effective power was 36.7% in the Huachansu group and 23.3% in the contrast group. Difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. The Huachansu group surpassed the contrast group in aspects of pain management and Karnofsky （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination program of Huachansu and chemotherapy can improve curative effect and the life quality of the patients.
