摘  要:水环境容量是进行河流污染控制、削减污染源与实现水功能目标的重要依据。本文以宿州市沱河段为研究对象,通过对水文特征、污染物特征、水环境现状调查,同时结合水环境容量计算方法,选用一维水质数学模型对其水环境容量进行计算分析。结果表明,该河段五日生化需氧量(BOD_5)允许排放量是1231.16t/a,化学需氧量(COD_(Cr))允许排放量是4289.73t/a,氨氮(NH_3-N)允许排放量是377.3t/a,总体上目前水质良好,大部分河段存在剩余水环境容量,可随着人口增长及社会经济的发展,将来在总量上需要实行严格的污染物(尤其对COD)削减计划。The water-environment capacity is an important base for making the river pollution control,weakening the pollution source and realizing the water-function target.Analyses on the present situation of water quality of Tuohe River in Suzhou City are conducted.The hydrological characteristics,the contamination characteristics and the water environment status were investigated.Combined with the design procedure of the water environment capacity, one-dimensional water quality model was selected to calculate and analyze the water environmental capacity of Tuohe River in Suzhou.The results showed that the BOD_5 of water environmental capacity is 1231.16t/ a,the COD_(Cr) of water environmental capacity is 4289.73t/a,and the NH_3-N of water environmental capacity is 377.3t/a.Though the current water quality of Tuohe River was good in general,most of the river's sections have residual water environmental capacity and it is necessary for Tuohe River in Suzhou to carry out strick total pollution reduction plans(especially for COD)in future with the population growth and socio-economic development.
