摘　　要：为实现精明保护与可持续发展,本文通过对绿色基础设施的概念阐述,结合绿色基础设施的理论方法研究城市河道景观规划,合理利用自然资源,探索城市河道水系生态网络与开敞空间游憩骨架的建立,以期实现"人-资源-环境-社会-经济"共融共生,为建构我国绿色基础设施系统提供参考。In order to achieve smart protection and sustainable development,this article introduces the concept of green infrastructure.Combining with the green infrastructure construction,the article studies how to plan urban river landscape,make use of natural resources rationally,set up ecological network in urban river water and establish public recreation space framework.It hopes to make a contribution to establish our country＇s green infrastructure system and realize＂Water,Green,People,City＂a positive cycle ultimately.
