摘　　要：在国家利益和金融危机等因素影响下,欧盟主要国家的意见难以一致,欧洲政治一体化在短期内很难达到经济一体化水平,但是,欧盟政治运行机制在功能和规则制度上趋于统一,前景还是比较乐观的。Under the influence of pursuing national interest and the world-wide financial crisis,the views of the main countries in European Union can hardly achieve consensus,so the European economic integration is hard to reach the level of the political integration.However,because the functions and rules of the EU political operation mechanism tend to unify,the outlook of the economic integration is quite optimistic.
