血清同型半胱氨酸的测定在慢性肾衰竭诊断中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的研究同型半胱氨酸(total homocysteine,tHcy)水平在慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)诊断中的应用。方法采用循环酶法测定127例CRF患者和138例健康人血浆tHcy的含量,并进行统计分析。结果血浆tHcy浓度CRF患者显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01),且Ⅴ期患者显著高于Ⅳ期患者(P<0.01),Ⅳ期患者显著高于Ⅲ期患者(P<0.01)。结论 CRF患者血浆tHcy浓度明显升高,且随着病情的加重,血浆tHcy浓度呈逐渐上升趋势,检测血浆tHcy浓度对了解CRF患者病情具有重要意义。Objective To observe the effect of the level of Homocysteine（Hcy） on chronic renal failure（CRF） diagnosis.Methods 127 CRF patients and 138 health individuals were chosen to measure the level of tHcy using Enzymatic cycling assay method,results then were analysed with t-test.Results The mean level of tHcy in CRF patients was significantly higher than that in normal controls（P0.01）,and the level of plasma tHcy was significantly higher in stage Ⅴ than in stage Ⅳ in CRF patients,and the level of plasma tHcy was significantly higher in stage Ⅳ than in stage Ⅲ in CRF patients.Conclusion The level of plasma tHcy were significantly elevated in patients with CRF,and there is a trend that the level of plasma tHcy increased with severity of CRF,and measuring the level of plasma tHcy has great value to know the degree of CRF.
