摘　　要：目的探讨肱骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法自2007年10月至2009年2月,采用肱骨近端锁定加压钢板治疗28例老年肱骨近端骨折患者,其中男性10例,女性18例;年龄60-82岁,平均68.6岁。根据N eer分型,二部分骨折7例,三部分骨折16例,四部分骨折5例。结果 28例均获得随访,随访时间8-14个月,平均11.2个月。所有骨折均愈合,骨折平均愈合时间3.4个月。根据Constan t评分,优18例,良7例,可3例,优良率89.3%。结论锁定加压钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折具有操作简单、固定可靠、并发症少等优点。必要时植骨,可提高骨折愈合率,特别适用于骨质疏松的肱骨近端粉碎性骨折。Objective To exlore the clinical result of the treatment of old proximal humerus fractures with the proximal humerus locking plate（LPHP）.Methods 28 patients（10 male,18 female） with old proximal humerus fractures were treated with a LPHP from October 2007 to June 2009.The average age of patients was 68.6 years old（from 60 to 82 years old）.According to Neer classification,7 cases were two-part fractures,16 cases were three-part fractures,5 cases were four-part fractures.Results 28 patients were followed up for 8～14 months（mean,11.2 months）.All the cases were healed for average of 3.4 months.According to the Constant scoring system,the excellent and good rate was 89.3%.Conclusion The treatment of old proximal humerus fractures with the proximal humerus locking plate（LPHP） is simple and stable fixation,high bone union rate and few complications,especially for the osteoporosis comminuted proximal humerus fractures.
