摘　　要：文章从研究方法、研究对象、研究工具和研究结果四个方面对公众参与度与选拔任用干部公信度之间关系的研究现状进行了述评。对公众参与度与选拔任用干部公信度之间关系的研究需要:改善统计方法、增强样本的代表性、提高研究工具的信度和效度、加强系统性研究。The concepts of public participation,selection and appointment of cadres have been defined.The relationship between the credibility of cadres＇ selection and appointment and public participation has been reviewed.Research shows that public participation and public confidence of cadres＇ selection and appointment are closely linked.However,whether the relationship between these two is a simple positive correlation should be studied further.
