摘　　要：介绍海关现有的通关流程,并以扩展事件流程链和广义随机Petri网和排队Petri网作为海关通关流程再造建模工具,借住扩展事件流程链的分析矩阵,提出了基于分类通关的通关流程再造方案。并且通过仿真软件SPNP 6.0和S imQPN检验了再造后流程的有效性和可行性。The said thesis explains the existing customs clearance process,then uses extended event process chain,generalized stochastic petri net and queue petri net as customs business process reengineering tool and analysis matrix to deduce clearance process reengineering based on enterprises credits,and finally tests the proposed solution through simulation software SPNP6.0 and SimQPN.
