区域生态现代化评价指标及实证研究

摘　　要：国家在中部地区的改革试验区提出＂两型社会＂建设目标,是一种具有全局意义的战略考虑,也是我国实施生态现代化的路径选择之一。构建生态现代化发展的评价指标体系,并以湖南省2000-2008年统计数据进行实证分析,结果显示湖南生态现代化水平有较快提高的趋势,说明湖南＂两型社会＂建设初见成效;在对实证结果分析的基础上提出湖南省生态现代化发展的建议与对策。Ecological modernization is not only a path to modernization with Chinese characteristics and an important strategic choice,but also reflects the direction of the common development of human society.This paper constructs evaluation index system of the development of ecological modernization.By using the data from 2000 to 2008 in Hunan province,empirical analysis is conducted,showing that the level of ecological modernization in Hunan tends to increase rapidly,an evidence of the initial results of the construction of Dimorphic Society. Based on the empirical analysis,this paper finally puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the development of ecological modernization in Hunan Province.
