摘  要:目的探讨采用新研发的冷冻探针一次性介入完成恶性肿瘤引起的中心气道狭窄再通的疗效。方法用软性支气管镜下的冷冻再通术治疗52例恶性肿瘤引起的中心气道严重狭窄的患者,肿瘤组织被探针光端冷冻后立即去除。结果 52例患者中,48例获得成功或部分成功,总有效率为92.3%,术中有36例发生不同程度的出血,均经氩等离子电凝术或镜下灌洗凝血酶成功止血。结论采用新研发的冷冻探针经支气管镜介入冷冻方法能迅速解除恶性肿瘤引起的中心气道狭窄,该方法简便有效,安全经济,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of one-time interve4ntion by a newly- developed cryoprobe in the management of central airway stenosis induced by malignant tumors. Methods Under the guidance of Olympus BF-260 fiberoptic bronchoscope, cryotherapy with a newly-developed cryoprobe was used to treat a total of 52 patients with endogenous central airway stenosis caused by malignant tumors, and the tumor tissues were removed immediately after being frozen by cryoprobe. Results Among these 52 cases, 48 eases of cryotherapy succeeded or partly succeeded, with the total effective rate of 92.3%. Different degrees of hemorrhage occurred in 36 eases during interventional operation, but all of them stopped bleeding through argon-plasma electrocoagulation or bronchoscopie lavage with thrombin. Conclusions Fiberoptie bronehoseopic eryotherapy with newly-developed cryoprobe can rapidly relieve the central airway stenosis caused by malignant tumors. This method is convenient, effective, safe and low-cost, and deserves clinical generalization and application.
