摘　　要：人乳头瘤病毒是一种双链闭环DNA病毒,目前已分离鉴定出118型。根据作用靶点,分为皮肤型和黏膜型,其中皮肤型包括疣状表皮发育不良相关的狭义人乳头瘤病毒型,根据致癌程度不同分为高危型、中危型和低危型。在人乳头瘤病毒相关的皮肤病中,除了常见疣外,还与鲍恩病、疣状表皮发育不良、尖锐湿疣、鲍恩样丘疹病、银屑病等有密切联系,值得进一步研究。Human papillomavirus is a double-stranded,closed-circular DNA virus.So far,118 types of human papillomavirus （ HPV） have been identified.HPVs can be roughly divided into two groups based on their targets,namely mucosal HPV and cutaneous HPV.Cutaneous HPV also includes epidermodysplasia HPV.According to the extent of carcinogenicity,human papillomariruses are divided into high-risk type,intermediate-risk type and low-risk type.Among HPVs related to cutaneous diseases,human papillomaviruses are correlated with Bowen′s disease,condylomata acuminate,Boweniod papulosis and psoriasis,in addition to warts.
