摘　　要：临床上,苦参提取物苦参素已被广泛地应用于多种疾病的治疗,尤其是抗肿瘤治疗。苦参素通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期进展、抑制端粒酶活性、逆转肿瘤细胞的免疫抑制作用、影响机体免疫功能、提高抗肿瘤活性及抑制癌转移等作用而发挥抗肿瘤作用。现就其抗消化系肿瘤的临床和实验研究新进展进行综述,为苦参素的进一步开发应用提供理论依据。Oxymatrine,a kind of the alkaloid-type drugs,has been widely used in clinical treatment of various diseases,especially anti-tumor therapy.It plays an anti-tumor effect by inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cell,inducing its apoptosis,blocking the cell cycle,inhibiting the activity of telomerase,reversing tumoral immune suppression,affecting the immune function of body to enhance antitumor activity,and repressing the cancer metastasis.In this paper,the progress of oxymatrine in the anti-digestive cancer were summarized,which include anti-tumor effect mechanism,experimental research and clinical studies,and which may give theoretics basis to provide experimental for its further application.
