摘　　要：下肢缺血性疾病是动脉硬化性闭塞症、糖尿病下肢血管并发症等多种常见疾病共有的病理改变之一,有较高的致残性,主要表现为下肢动脉狭窄和(或)闭塞。随着介入技术的普及,经导管动脉内溶栓、球囊血管成形术、支架置入术、切割球囊成形术、冷冻球囊成形术、内膜下血管成形术等微创介入治疗方法在下肢缺血性疾病中日益得到广泛应用,起到了延缓截肢时间、降低截肢高度的效果。现对近年来介入放射学在下肢缺血性疾病诊治上的进展进行综述。The lower extremity ischemia is one of common pathoanatomical processes from peripheral artery disease （ PAD） ,diabetic foot （ DF） ,and other lower extremity vascular disease.With arteries stenosis and/or occlusion,it makes a high amputation rate.With the popularity of interventional technique,transcatheter arterial thrombolysis,balloon angioplasty,stenting,cutting balloon angioplasty,cryoplasty,subintimal angioplasty and other minimally invasive treatments are more and more applied,those delaying the time of amputations,reducing the effect of amputation level.The application of the lower extremity ischemia treatment in interventional radiology is rewiewed.
