他汀类药物在慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉中的应用进展

摘　　要：他汀类药物是目前临床上广泛应用的降脂药物。在临床实践中逐渐发现他汀类药物还具有抗炎、调节免疫的功能,同时调节成纤维细胞的胶原代谢,具有较强的抗增殖作用。临床研究发现,他汀类药物的抗炎作用可以应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病的治疗,而且能干预肺纤维化。成纤维细胞增生和基底膜胶原沉积是慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻息肉组织重塑的特点,他汀类药物的上述作用可能延缓其组织重塑的进程。Statins,lipid-lowering drugs,were widely used in clinical practice.In addition to anti-inflammatory and immunoregulatory functions,people found that statins have strong anti-proliferative effect by regulating fibroblast collagen metabolism.Besides,clinical study found that anti-inflammatory effects of statins can be used in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and interfere with pulmonary fibrosis.The characteristic of tissue remodeling of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polypsis were proliferation of fibroblasts and collagen deposition in basement membrane and the above-mentioned roles of statins may retard the process of tissue remodeling.
