摘　　要：全身麻醉术中出现的术中知晓,是一项严重全麻并发症。出现术中知晓的因素和机制很多。近年来,麻醉学家采取了各种措施预防和处理术中知晓,取得了一些进展。现就术中知晓产生机制、形成的相关因素、降低术中知晓发生率、监测及预防、如何开展对术中知晓的研究等作简要概述。Intraoperative awareness during general anesthesia was a serious complication.Many factors and mechanisms appeared in the intraoperative awareness.Recently,anesthesia scientists has adopted various measures to prevent and deal with intraoperative awareness,has made some progress,The article will give a brief overview on generation mechanism of intraoperative awareness,the relevant factors of the formation,reduction of the incidence of intraoperative awareness,monitoring and prevention, how to carry out studies on intraoperative awareness.
