摘  要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定头孢克肟分散片的含量及有关物质的方法。方法:色谱柱:LunaC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),四丁基氢氧化铵溶液∶乙腈(70∶30)为流动相,检测波长为254nm。流速1.0mL/min,进样量:10μL,柱温:40℃。结果:头孢克肟在进样量25~300mg/L的范围内,线性关系良好;回归方程:Y=3.65×104X-1.25×104,r=0.9998。有关物质在进样量150~1500mg/L的范围内线性关系良好;回归方程:Y=578×103X-36×103,r=0.9998。结论:本法试剂易得,样品处理简便,分析快速准确,重现性好,可以作为头孢克肟分散片的含量及有关物质测定方法。Objective: To establish an high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for quantitative determination of dispersible tablets and related substances. Methods:Cefixime was separated on ODS column with mobile phase of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide solution..acetonitrile (70.30) and detected at pulse detection of 254 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the column temperature was 40℃; Injection volume was 10μL Results: The standard curve was linear within the range of 254300 rag/ I. and the regression equation was. Y=3.65×10^1X-1.25×10^3r= 0.9998 in cefixime. The standard curve was linear within the range of 150-1500 mg/ L and the regression equation was Y=S78×10^3X-36 × 10^3 and r= 0.9998 in the related substances. Conclusions:The above mentioned method is simple,rapid,accu- rate,and reliable, thus can be used for quantitative determination of dispersible tablets and related substances.
