摘　　要：目的:比较两种不同方法治疗股骨骨折的疗效。方法:股骨骨折54例,配对分为关节镜下手术组与开放手术组各27例,分别施行关节镜下顺行交锁钉治疗和切开顺行带锁髓内钉治疗,比较两组患者各项指标及疗效。结果:关节镜下手术组手术软组织损伤、术中出血、骨折愈合时间均明显少于开放手术组(P<0.05)。按Kolmert膝关节功能评分标准,两组疗效优良率比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:股骨骨折关节镜下顺行交锁钉固定手术并发症少、骨折愈合快,关节镜技术在长管骨骨折微创手术治疗中有较大的作用。Objective：To compare the effect of arthroscopy assisted interlocking nail fixation for the femoral fracture with the open fixation surgery.Methods：A total of 54 patients with femoral fracture underwent either arthroscopic（n=27）or open surgery（n=27）.Results：The soft tissue injury status,blood loss and the time of fracture healing in arthroscopic group was significantly less than that in the open surgery group（P〈0.05）.According to the Kolmert criteria,the knee functional evaluation revealed no statistically significant differences in good and excellent rate between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions：The arthroscopy assisted fixation with antegrade intramedullary interlocking nail for femoral fracture can lessen surgical complication and accelerates fracture healing.Arthroscopic surgical technique plays an important role in minimas invasive internal fixation for femoral fracture.
