摘　　要：目的:探讨逆行指动脉岛状皮瓣在修复手指末端皮肤及软组织缺损的应用价值。方法:利用逆行指动脉岛状皮瓣修复21例(食指6例,中指12例,环指3例)手指末端皮肤及软组织缺损,观察修复效果。结果:术后随访3～6个月,21例皮瓣完全成活,外观、质地满意,感觉恢复至S3～S3+。供皮区外观较好,功能无明显影响。结论:带指掌侧固有神经背侧支的逆行指动脉岛状皮瓣是修复手指末端皮肤及软组织缺损的好方法,值得推广应用。Objective：To discuss the role of reversed digital artery island flap in repairing skin and soft tissue of finger end.Methods：A total of 21 cases were treated with repairment by reversed digital artery island flap,including 6 with index finger defect,12 with middle finger defect,and 3 with ring finger defect.Results：The 3-6 month-follow-up showed that all cases had flaps survived completely,with satisfactory appearance and texturewere.The sensation recovered into S33＋.And donor site had nice appearance and function.Conclusions：The repairment of skin and tissue defects in finger end with reversed digital artery island flap with dorsal branch of proper palmar digital nerves is effective,and is worthy widely application.
