摘  要:水轮机转轮的磨损及汽蚀破坏,是当前水轮机运行中最为突出的问题。对于汽蚀问题,迄今为止选择抗汽蚀性能高的材料制做水轮机转轮,或在过流面采取防护措施仍是改善水轮机抗汽蚀性能的有效手段之一,本工艺采用氧乙炔喷焊工艺在水轮机叶片及过流表面制造NiAl合金涂层,可以有效地提高水轮机转轮抗泥沙磨损及抗汽蚀能力。Abrasion and cavitation on the surface of hydraulic turbine runner are the most prominent problem during its operation at present.For cavitation,selecting the material with high anti-cavitation property to manufacture the runner or taking protective measures on flow surface is still one of the effective means to improve anti-cavitation property.This process is to make NiAl alloy coating on the blade and flow surface of hydraulic turbine by oxyacetylene spraying technique,it can effectively improve capabilities of anti-abrasion of silt and anti-cavitation of runner.
