摘　　要：在原有机座加工工艺的基础上,通过调整加工顺序,将定子铁心压入机座后以铁心内圆为基准找正后精车机座两端止口。此方法可减少机座装夹变形,提高机座止口圆度及同轴度的加工精度,消除机座加工、铁心制造时产生的误差对整机性能的影响。Based on original machining process,a method of machining frame by adjusting processing order is introduced.This method is to make the stator core pressed into frame and aligned taking inner diameter as basis,and to finely machine the spigots at two ends of frame.This method can reduce the clamping deformation of frame,improve precision of roundness and concentricity of frame spigots,and eliminate the influence of error on performance of whole motor generated during machining frame and core.
