摘　　要：对冲击式水轮机直流喷管制造和装配工艺进行研究,对直流喷管的加工难点、加工工艺和装配、试验过程进行了详尽的阐述,根据直流喷管结构的特殊性,对加工刀具进行了创新和改造,对直流喷管的加工提出了独到的见解,供同行学习和参考。This paper describes the processing difficulties and manufacturing technique of uniflow jet pipe of impulse hydraulic turbine,and introduces procedures for assembling and test.The machining tools were reformed based on the special structure of it.The original opinions for manufacturing uniflow jet pipe are presented,it can provide reference for learning of personal in same trade.
