摘 要:2008年对太湖梅梁湾浮游植物群落的生态学特征进行了调查.结果表明:梅梁湾共检出浮游植物6门35种,其中绿藻门(Chlorophyta)种数最多,共20种,占浮游植物总种数的57.1%;其次是硅藻门(Bacillariophyta),共7种,占浮游植物总种数的20.0%.浮游植物的数量和生物量分别在298.2×104-368006.8×104cells/L和0.298-184.202mg/L之间;浮游植物数量以夏季(6月5日)最高,春季(3月20日)最低.浮游植物相似性指数变化在0.11-1.00之间;其中1月8日-4月3日的相似性指数高,在0.54-1.00之间,均在中度相似以上;其他时间下的相似性指数低,变化在0.11-0.50之间,为极不相似或轻度相似.浮游植物多样性和均匀度分别在0.01-2.29和0.003-0.72之间,其中1月8日-4月3日的多样性和均匀度较好,其他时间下的多样性和均匀度较差,表明1月8日-4月3日梅梁湾浮游植物分布比较均匀,群落结构复杂,而4月23日-12月9日浮游植物分布不均匀,群落结构简单.The eco-characteristics of phytoplankton community was investigated in Meiliang Bay, Lake Taihu in 2008. The results showed that 6 classes including 35 species have been founded in Meiliang Bay. Among them, Chlorophyta, 20 species, predominated in species, accounting for 57.1% of the total phytoplankton species, Bacillariopbyta, 7 species, is taken in the second place, accounting for 20.0% of the total phytoplankton species. The abundance and biomass of phytoplankton in Meiliang Bay in 2008 ranged from 298.2 ×10^4 to 368006.8×10^4cells/L and 0. 298 to 184. 202mg/L, respectively. The maximum and minimum abundance of phytoplankton were found in the summer (on June 5th) and in the spring (on March 20th), respectively. Chloropbyta abundance predominated between January 8th and April 3rd, and Cyanophyta abundance predominated between April 23rd and December 9th. The similarity indexes of phytoplankton changed from 0.11 to 1.00, and the similarity indexes were high during January 8th and April 3rd, changing from 0.54 to 1.00, and the similarity indexes were low during April 23rd and December 9th, changing from 0.11 to 0.50. The biodiversity indexes and uniformity indexes ranged from 0.01 to 2.29 and 0. 003 to 0.72, respectively. The biodiversity indexes and uniformity indexes were good between January 8th and April 3rd, but were poor between April 23rd and December 9th. The phytoplankton distribution was uniformly and the community structures were in a complex and integrate state between January 8th and April 3rd, but the phytoplankton distribution was uneven and the community structures were simple during April 23rd and December 9th in the Meiliang Bay.
