摘  要:详细地介绍了当前国内外钎焊工具的研究进展,主要包括:钎料组分选用,激光钎焊,表面镀覆金刚石的采用,钎焊工艺条件的优化,磨粒均匀/有序排布的实现,钎焊内应力的消除等,最后提出了目前亟待解决的问题。文中对众多的钎料合金,按照钎焊结合的实现原理,分成了两大类,即碳化钛类和碳化铬类,比传统的以合金组分划分显得更为简单而清晰。在新工艺方面着重介绍了采用激光束作为热源进行钎焊,激光钎焊加热速度快,能有效降低金刚石石墨化进程,而且能避免整体加热时工件易变形的特点。Recent development in enhancing the properties of brazed diamond tools are presented in detail,including brazing alloy selection,laser brazing,application of coated diamond,brazing process optimization,realization of uniform/array diamond grits distribution and elimination of internal stress caused during the brazing process.Some problems existing in the brazing of diamond tools are proposed.It is suggested that the various brazing alloys developed for diamond tools so far can be classified into two types namely TiC and CrxCx according to the bonding bridge between diamond grains.This new idea of classification is more reasonable and clearer than the conventional one based on brazing alloys composition.A new laser brazing technique with laser beam as heat source is suggested,which can prevent the diamond grains from being graphitized,and avoid deformation of the workpiece when they are wholly heated.
