摘　　要：在新形势下,社会舆论的现状及其重要性决定了舆论引导的必要性。因此,要正确引导舆论,就必须在党管宣传的原则下,坚持以人为本,客观有效地公开党务和政务信息。要重视新兴媒体对社会舆论的影响,善设议程,进一步提升媒体舆论引导的能力,从而有效地引导社会舆论。In the new situation,public opinion of the present conditions and importance to the need to lead public opinion.therefore,we must correctly guiding opinion,and it must be at the party with promotion of principle;the objective of the party and effective public information.should attach importance to the new media influence public opinion,the agenda,further enhance the capacity of public opinion guidance,effectively lead public opinion.
