摘　　要：深入研究信息交换平台的信息描述,提出了基于XML的开放信息模型(OIM),对信息进行统一的描述,使信息可以跨平台发布.OIM的研究目标为信息模型的设计及其在信息交换平台里的实现.主要功能包括:信息交换系统的基本结构、体系结构和信息模型,PowerGate系统的部署及层次结构,SQL语句的定义、发布、接收和浏览过程,数据采集,XML文档的处理等.该方案具备良好的封装性、松散耦合性、可扩展性、可靠性和见效及时等特点,该系统的实施将会使得信息应用系统具有更好的互操作性、开放性,实现了分布式的数据查询与交换功能,较有效地解决了信息孤岛问题.Based on the information description of information exchange platform, an opening information model （OIM） is put forward to descript the information uniformly so that it can be used for crossing from one platform to another. The aims of OIM are to design an information model and to use it in the information exchange platform. The main functions of OIM include the basic structure, the system structure and the information description of the information commutation system, the system disposition and layer structure of PowerGate, the definition, release, reception and browse process of SQL sentence, the data acquisition, the XML processing document, etc. The program has a good encapsulation, loose coupling, extensibility, reliability and effective in a timely manner, etc. The implement of this system will make the applied system of information have better mutual operation, open, and the data search of the distribute type and exchange function are carried out. Then the information isolated island problem is resolved effectively.
