5种昆虫生长调节剂对亚洲玉米螟的室内毒力测定

摘　　要：在实验室条件下,采用浸叶法测定了5种昆虫生长调节剂对亚洲玉米螟的毒力。结果表明,氟啶脲、虱螨脲、氟铃脲、除虫脲和甲氧虫酰肼对亚洲玉米螟的质量浓度LC50分别为8.1678、4.9892、4.0816、101.7723和1.5328㎎/L。其中甲氧虫酰肼的毒力最强,除虫脲的毒力最弱。The toxicity effects of five insect growth regulators to Ostrinia furnacalis with leaf dipping method were tested in laboratory,The results of toxicity measurement showed that the LC50 of chlorfluazuron,lufenuron,chlorfluazuron,diflubenzuron and methoxyfenozide to Ostrinia furnacalis were 8.1678,4.9892,4.0816,101.7723 and 1.5328 mg/L respectively. The toxicity of methoxyfenozide were the strongest,diflubenzuron＇s was the weakest.
