摘 要:以6种不同的番茄自交系为材料,对贮藏条件和贮藏时间与花粉生活力的关系以及授粉次数对制种产量的影响进行了研究。发现花粉活力对贮存条件和贮存时间的敏感性在基因型间有显著差异,对多数基因型而言,4℃干燥器中保存2d的花粉仍具有50%以上的萌发能力。重复授粉显著提高单果内的种子重量、种子数量和坐果率,对粒质量和果质量没有显著影响。果重对果内的种子重量和数量没有显著影响。Effects of different storage conditions and time on tomato pollen viability as well as relationship between pollination times and hybrid seed yield were studied based on 6 different tomato inbred lines.The results showed that there was significant difference among genotypes in sensitivity of pollen viability on the storage conditions and storage duration.For most genotypes more than 50% pollens could germinate after being kept in desiccators at 4 ℃ for 2 days.Repeated pollination significantly increased seed weight and seed numbers in fruits as well as fruit set percentage,but imposed little effect on seed weight itself and fruit weight.The effect of single fruit weight on seed weight and quantity in fruits was not significant.
