种子饱满度对黄瓜生长发育的影响

摘  要:研究了种子饱满度的差异对黄瓜生长发育造成的影响,结果发现,饱满度不同,种子的发芽率、出苗率和壮苗数明显不同。千粒质量25g以上的种子发芽率、出苗率和壮苗数明显较高,而千粒质量25g以下的种子发芽率、出苗率和壮苗数明显下降。饱满度较差的种子长出的幼苗也比较弱,从而造成定植之后前期产量和总产量也明显降低。研究表明生产或筛选出高饱满度的种子对提高黄瓜的发芽率和黄瓜产量具有重要的意义。Effect of seed plumpness on growth and development of cucumber was studied.The results showed that the seed germination,seedling emergence and the number of robust seeding were significantly different when the plumpness of the seed was different.The seed germination,seedling emergence and the number of robust seeding were significantly higher whose the grain weight of the seeds was over 25 grams per 1 000 seeds than those of being lower 25 grams.The seeding growing from of the poor plumpness seed was relatively weak,which resulted in significantly lower early and total yield after being planted.The data showed it was very important to screen of high production or plumpness of seeds to improve the germination rate of cucumber and cucumber production.
