载锌沸石抗菌剂的制备及其在PE薄膜中的应用

摘　　要：利用锌离子制备载锌沸石抗菌剂,对影响其抗菌效果的因素进行了试验。制备了抗菌PE膜,并对薄膜的基本性能和抗菌能力进行了测试。结果表明：在反应时间为1.5 h左右,温度60℃,起始pH值4~5,锌离子浓度2 mol/L的条件下,制备的抗菌剂的抗菌性能最好;抗菌PE膜的拉伸强度、伸长率、透光率等,符合包装薄膜的标准,载锌沸石PE膜具有良好的抗菌作用。The zinc-loaded zeolite antibacterial agent was prepared with zinc ion,and the factors that affect its antibacterial effect were tested.The antibacterial PE thin film was prepared and the basic performance and antibacterial ability were tested.The results show that the antibacterial performance of antibacterial agent is optimal under the conditions of reaction time about 1.5 h,temperature 60 ℃,initial pH 4-5 and zinc ion concentration 2 mol/L.The tensile strength,specific elongation and luminousness（etc.） of the antibacterial PE film conform to the package film standard.The zinc-loaded PE thin film has excellent antibacterial effect.
