摘　　要：AMC－300高速高精度测控系统由于每个通道均有程控增益的高精度前置放大器、程控截频的抗混叠低通滤波器和高速高性能的16位A／D转换器，并且系统带内部校准源，能对全系统的零点、满度进行补偿和校准，从而大幅度提高精度。可在输入为±5mVFS，采样速率100kHz的情况下达到±（0．02％FS＋2μV）的精度。系统配置了高速数据缓冲器，可将长时间连续高速采集所获得的大容量数据直接存入硬盘而不丢失信息。本系统还具有同时采样保持器，可以保证各通道间采样的同时性。AMC-300 is a high-speed high-accuracy measurement & control system. Because each channel of the system includes programmable gain high-accuracy preamplifier,band-programmable anti-aliasing lowpass filter, high-speed & high performance 16-bit A/D converter and the internal standard voltage source for caliblation, which can compensates and calibers the zero-point and full-scales errors of the system, the system's accuracy was improved greatly. When ±5mVFS input signal, 100 kHz sample rate, the system aceuracy can reace up to ± (0.02%FS+ 2μV). At the same time, the system have configured high-speed data buffers,which can store high-capacity data to bald disk directly and without a little loss, when high-speed data acquisition for a long-time. In addition, the system has some simultaneous sample/hold amplifiers, which can ensure simultaneously sampling.
