重建钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎骨折15例

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术切开复位内外侧双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间骨折的手术疗效。方法:采用经肱三头肌内外侧肌间隔入路,双钢板内外侧固定手术治疗肱骨髁间骨折病例15例,其中AODMǖllerC1型4例,C2型6例,C3型5例。结果:本组15例均解剖复位,肘关节功能恢复参照Cassebaum标准,本组优6例,好5例,可3例,差1例。结论:经肱三头肌内外侧入路双钢板内固定是治疗肱骨髁间骨折的理想手术方式。Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of intercondylar fractures of humerus with open reduction and internal fixation with double plate.Methods： From May 2001 to May 2006,15 patients with intercondylar fractures of humerus were treated with open reduction and double plate internal fixation through the bilateral approach triceps brachii.According to classification of AOMuller,C1 type had 4 cases,C2 type 6 cases and C3 type 5 cases.Results： All 15 cases were got anatomy reduction.Depending on Cassebaum：function assessment system,the curative effect was excellent in 6 cases,good in 5,fair in 3 and poor in 1.Conclusion： Double plate internal fixation through the bilateral approach triceps brachii is an ideal operation for intercondylar fractures of humerus.
