内镜下钛夹定位在腹腔镜肠道手术前准备中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下钛夹定位在腹腔镜肠道手术前的应用。方法经结肠镜常规检查发现结肠肿瘤时，于病灶处置人钛夹，立即行卧位腹平片以确定金属夹的体表投影位置，进行术前病灶定位，观察和比较钛夹联合腹平片定位与钡灌肠定位的准确率。结果结肠病变肠镜下钛夹标记联合腹平片20例，与手术结果均相符，符合率100％，钡灌肠术前定位的准确率为80％。结论钛夹标记联合腹平片对结肠肿瘤定位准确，是腹腔镜结肠手术前可靠的病灶定位方法，与钡灌肠术前定位相比有着明显的优越性。Objective To investigate the application of titanium clip positioning in colonoscopy before the laparoscopic surgery in colon. Methotta When the colon tumor were founding in a routine colonoseopy ,positionsing the titanium clip near to the tumor, and taking the abdominal x-ray in decumbent position at once to confirm the projection on the body surface for the tumor positioning before the surgery. The accuracy of barium enema and abdominal X-ray with titanium clip positioningwill be observed and compared. Result All the 20 cases using abdominal X-ray and titanium clip positiong in colonoscopy match the operalion findings, the accuracry is 100 percent, and the accuracy of other 20 cases using barium enema is 80 percent. Conclusion Titanium clip with abdominal X-ray positioning is accurate to the colon tumor, and it＇s a reliable positioning method which have conspicuous superiority compared with the barium enema positioning before laparoscopic surgery.
