黄芪注射液对小儿病毒性心肌炎心功能的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪注射液对小儿病毒性心肌炎心功能的疗效。方法选择黄芪注射液治疗组患儿20例，不用黄芪注射液治疗的对照组20例及正常对照组20例，应用多普勒超声Tei指数检测其心功能，进行组间对比。结果两组治疗前后LVEF、LVFS、E／A与正常对照组比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；两组治疗前后左心Tei指数、右心Tei指数与正常对照组比较，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；常规治疗组治疗后左心Tei指数（0．33±0．03）、右心Tei指数（0．26±0．03），与治疗前比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）；黄芪治疗组治疗后左心Tei指数（0．31±0．03）、右心Tei指数（0．24±0．03），与治疗前比较差异有极显著性（P〈0．01）；两组治疗后左、右心Tei指数比较，差异有显著性（尸〈0．05）。临床疗效常规治疗组有效12例，黄芪治疗组有效18例。结论黄芪注射液可改善病毒性心肌炎患儿的心功能。Objective To explore the effect of astragalus injection on cardiac function in children with viral myoearditis. Methods 20 pediatric patients with viral myocarditis received therapy with astragalus injections, another 20 pediatric patients received conventional treatment, and 20 healthy children were recruited as control. Cardiac function was detected by Doppler echoeardiography in all the children. The results were compared between the two treatment groups. Results Cardiac function was impaired in all the children with viral myoearditis, and it improved at different degrees after astragalus therapy or conventional treatment. Astragalus therapy was superior to conventional treatment. Conclusions Astragalus injection can improve cardiac funetion in children with viral myoearditis.
