摘 要:以20μmα-Al2O3粉为主要原料,钛白粉、轻烧MgO粉和钛溶胶为微滤膜添加剂,采用固相烧结反应法制备了强度和耐酸碱腐蚀性较好的α-Al2O3微滤膜。实验探讨了添加剂的种类、烧结制度对微滤膜耐酸碱腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,采用固相烧结反应法,α-Al2O3粉中加入5%钛溶胶,经1450℃煅烧,可制备孔隙率为26%,强度为50MPa耐酸碱腐蚀性较好的α-Al2O3-钛溶胶体系微滤膜;α-Al2O3粉中加入4%轻烧MgO粉和1%ZnO2,经1500℃煅烧,可制备孔隙率为25%,强度为80MPa耐酸碱腐蚀性较好的Al2O3-MgO-ZnO2体系微滤膜。The α-Al2O3 microfiltration membranes with good bending strength and acid-resistance were prepared by a solidphase sintering method using 20μm α-Al2O3 powder as main raw material and titanium,light-burned magnesia powder and titanium sol as microfiltration membrane additives.The effects of the additives on the scheme of sintering and acid/base resistance were discussed.The results show that the microfiltration membrane of Al2O3-Ti sol system has the porosity of 26%,the bend strength of 50Mpa and good acid/alkali resistance,when cacined at 1450℃ with 5wt% titanium sol as a sintering aid.The microfiltration membrane of Al2O3-MgO-ZnO2 system has the porosity of 25%,the bend strength of 80Mpa and good acid/alkali resistance,when cacined at 1500℃ with 4wt% MgO and 1 wt% ZnO2 as sintering aids.
