摘 要:研究用溶胶凝胶法制备Y2O3:Eu薄膜红色电致发光材料,采用SnO2透明导电膜和SrTiO3陶瓷基片,制备出薄膜电致发光材料与器件。运用XRD、SEM、荧光光谱、TEM等测试手段对制备的材料和薄膜发光器件进行表征。在制备Y2O3:Eu的薄膜发光材料过程中,考查了Eu3+掺杂浓度、烧结温度以及不同Eu3+的掺杂量对材料发光特性的影响。结果表明,Eu3+的最佳掺杂浓度为8mol%,最佳烧成条件是900℃、保温1h,其发射主峰在614nm处,是典型的Eu3+的5D0-7F2电偶极跃迁。In this paper,Y2O3:Eu red film photoluminescence material and device were prepared by sol-gel method,using SnO2 as nesa coating and SrTiO3 as ceramic substrate.The prepared material and device were characterized by XRD,SEM,fluorecence spectrum.Effects of Eu3+ doping content,sintering temperature and Eu3+ doping amount on matrerial's luminous property was investigated.The results showed that the optimum doping content of Eu3+ was 8mol%,the optimum sintering temperature was 900℃ for 1h,and the main emission peak of material appeared at 614nm,which was attributed to typical 5D0-7F2 electric dipole transitions of Eu3+.
