摘　　要：结合专利事件案例,对产业专利预警理论展开了系统的研究,包括专利预警警情、预警指标体系和预警系统框架等。认为产业专利预警警情是产业外部的专利威胁,其影响因素可以从环境维、市场维和技术维3个方面进行划分。Research on patent early-warning system has significant meaning for the maintenance of industry security. Based on the analysis of patent cases, this paper studies the theory of patent early-warning system, including its warning situation, warning index system and warning system framework and so on. The paper considers the exterior patent threat is the warning situation of patent early-warning system, in which impact factors can be divided from environmental-dimension, market-dimension and technical dimension. The warning index system includes 6 first-grade indicators and 22 secondary indicators.
