摘　　要：随着对社会资本研究的深入,一个重要的工具性概念——网络嵌入性的研究日渐引起了学界的关注。通过文献研究的方法,对网络嵌入性的相关研究进行整理,试图理清嵌入性及其在技术创新研究中的概貌与基本问题。With the deep study of social capital, an important tool for the concept of network embedment has aroused increasing concern in academic research. Through literature research methods, the paper classifies the main research literature about this problem, attempts to sort out the whole picture of the study and finds out the basic research question.
