摘　　要：目的探讨杭州疗养因子对老年人血压、血脂的影响。方法随机选择来院疗养的老年人146名,采用规律饮食、自然疗养因子、药物、运动疗法、景观疗养等综合治疗措施,比较疗养前和疗养15d后血压、血脂变化情况。结果治疗15d后与治疗前比较,血压、血脂有所降低。结论杭州疗养因子对老年人血压、血脂有降低作用。Objective To investigate the effect of convalescent factors in Hangzhou sanitarium on blood pressure and lipid in the aged . Methods 146 old people recuperating in our sanatorium were randomly selected and given comprehensive treatment including regular diet ,natural convalescent factors ,drugs ,exercise therapy and landscape convalescence etc . The blood pressure and lipid were compared before and 15 days after treatment . Results The blood pressure and lipid 15 days after the treatment were lower than those before the treatment . Conclusion Convalescent factors in Hangzhou sanitarium can reduce blood pressure and lipid in the aged .
